Clone repo → build overlay → install-shim.ps1 →
install-autostart.ps1 → run opencode from your project
folder. Tool root is script-relative (or AGENT_TOOL_ROOT).
Build .app → ./install-shim.sh →
./start-overlay.sh → run opencode from your project.
